What is the Player Tracker?
The Beachside Player Tracker is the most comprehensive development management program available to players, parents, and
coaches. The goal of the program is to provide parents with a fuller portrait of how their child’s development is improving at our soccer
club. To do this, the program contains a series of player diagnostics that measure each player’s physical condition, behavioral
profile, and mental capacity. Additionally, the program includes coach feedback that is recorded over time, thus helping to guide
training and development decisions for the player. Altogether, this provides a single monitoring system for the parent and player to use
in conjunction with their soccer development. Similar to how individuals might monitor their investments, or how manufacturers monitor
their production and in

ventory, our club is utilizing these tools to monitor our most precious investment -
the players.
Who uses the information provided by the Player Tracker?
One of the greatest strengths of the Beachside Player Tracker is that it enables transparent communication between
each key group involved in the player’s development process:
- The player receives feedback on his or her strengths and a tailored development plan from the coach
- The family receives diagnostics information along with optional ‘at-home’ training exercises to involve
the family in the player development
- The coaches receive player information along with team information to aid in adapting training to each player’s
individual needs
- Optionally, the player and family have the discretion to share the diagnostic reports with others who support the
player’s development (e.g. strength trainers, teachers, college coaches)
