Specific Program Objectives:
- Expose each player to a professional training environment
- Create a safe and meaningful training environment for all players
- Educate players in the technical, tactical and psychological aspects of soccer
- Develop communication and leadership skills in players
- Educate players in the art of being a “Team” player
- Act as an educational asset for players and parents in regards to the worlds of ODP, Club and High School Soccer
Specific Player Expectations:
- Arrive early for practice sessions
- Equipped with properly inflated soccer ball
- Outfitted in proper practice attire
- Keep sidelines clean and organized
- Willingness to listen, learn and develop
- Participate fully
- Exhibiting a strong work ethic
- Exhibiting clear and confident communication skills
