This experience not only consists of high quality soccer, but also embraces the importance of strong character and service to the community. At Beachside family is valued, growth through competition fostered, and learning is part of the process.

Beachside teams emphasize skillful, attractive and attacking team soccer through a quality over quantity developmental approach. Playing the highest level of competition possible, training three times per week with one game on the weekend, attending 3 - 5 tournaments annually, places all of our teams and players in the proper developmental environment.

Note: Beachside will not field a team in an age group if it decides the quality of the tryout pool does not meet the Beachside standards of play or commitment.

Beachside attaches great importance to integrity and to the development of good character traits that will benefit each player both in soccer and throughout life. All tryouts are open. No position is guaranteed because of previous play on the team. When Beachside commits to a player, that commitment is for 10 months for U12 – U14 teams, and 7 months for U-15 – U18 teams, of training, competition and development.

Beachside coaches are the catalyst to success. Beachside’s unique club wide style of play and philosophical approach to coaching unifies its staff and affords each coach the ability to grow and develop within the club. All coaches hold either a domestic or foreign coaching license and are expected to have a certain level of youth coaching experience before becoming a Beachside coach. Through seasonal club wide parent meetings, advance scheduling, and constant communication, Beachside strives to help our parents better understand our program and the process of developing their children on and off the field. While parents are not involved in the soccer decision-making process, their positive support and volunteerism of the club as whole is critical in the success of our players and teams development.
